The role (two hats, one owner)
- Paid Ads
- Own strategy, builds and optimisation across Google (including Performance Max), Meta (inc. Advantage+), TikTok and LinkedIn.
- Plan budgets, forecast outcomes, pace spend, and report the “so what”.
- Test creative, audiences and bids methodically; maintain clean naming and UTMs.
- Ensure conversion tracking is watertight (GA4/GTM, offline conversions where needed).

SEO
- Run technical audits, fix issues, and keep sites crawlable and quick.
- Build keyword maps, briefs and on-page improvements that actually rank.
- Improve internal linking, schema and local SEO (GBP) for service businesses.
- Monitor rankings/backlinks and prioritise work by impact.
- Analytics & reporting
- Maintain GA4 events/conversions, sanity-check data, and build tidy Looker Studio dashboards.
- Translate numbers into actions and next steps clients understand.

What you’ll bring
- 3+ years across Paid Ads and SEO, agency or in-house.
- Proven wins you can talk through (e.g., CPA down, ROAS up, rankings moved).
- Confident with GA4, GTM, Google Ads Editor, pMax, RSA, Meta Ads, Ahrefs/Semrush, Screaming Frog.
- Comfortable in WordPress; basic HTML/CSS a plus.
- Clear written/spoken English, organised, proactive and dependable internet/power setup.

Nice to have (not must-have): CRO chops, landing page builders (Unbounce/Webflow), Klaviyo, basic SQL or Python for analysis.

How we measure success (simple, fair)
- Hitting agreed CPA/ROAS/CPL targets per account.
- Quality of tracking and reporting (no data surprises).
- Speed and quality of tests shipped each month.
- Client happiness and retention.
