Facebook Ads / Digital Media Buyer

We are seeking a highly skilled Facebook Ads / Digital Media Buyer scaling high-budget campaigns with efficiency and precision. If you thrive in performance-driven environments, excel at optimizing ad spend, and have proven leadership experience, this role is for you.

Responsibilities

Implement and refine our scaling strategies to maximize performance.

Track KPIs closely and make data-driven optimization decisions.

Launch, manage, and optimize new and existing campaigns.

Continuously test creative, targeting, and bidding strategies based on market trends.

Ensure budget efficiency and optimize spend in real time.

Requirements

Extensive, hands-on experience with Facebook Ads (scaling & optimization).

Proven track record managing high-budget campaigns ($5K+ daily spend).

Strong leadership and mentoring skills to guide and train a team.

Analytical and KPI-focused mindset with the ability to make rapid adjustments.

Ability to thrive under pressure in a fast-paced e-commerce environment.

Flexible working hours: 6 days/week, 8 hours/day, based on campaign demands.

Must be based in Lahore and available to work on-site (not remote).
