We’re looking for a Marketing VA who can help us scale our presence on LinkedIn + Twitter — prospecting, engaging with the right people, posting content, and starting real conversations that lead to growth. You should bring a marketing background (Meta Ads, TikTok organic/ads, DTC growth) and be excited about driving results.

This is a steady, long-term position with room to grow.

Your Core Role

Prospect on LinkedIn + Twitter to find and follow the right people (DTC founders, marketers, etc.).

Engage daily on LinkedIn + Twitter (thoughtful comments, replies, conversations).

Send friendly DMs (templates + your judgment).

Post content consistently (frameworks + guidance provided).

Track leads + engagement in a simple system.

What We’re Looking For

Marketing background (bonus if you’ve worked with Meta Ads, TikTok organic/ads, or DTC/eCommerce).

Excellent written English (casual, witty, human — not robotic).

Organized, consistent, detail-oriented.

Comfortable learning and adapting quickly.

Can use AI tools with structured prompts to draft sharp, human-sounding content.

Knows how to apply frameworks (e.g., Hook ? Insight ? CTA) when commenting, posting, or writing DMs.

Thinks like a marketer — not just an executor.

A Typical Day Might Look Like

Searching LinkedIn/Twitter for new ---------- founders to follow.

Leaving a smart comment on a prospect’s post.

Jumping into a Twitter thread about Meta Ads with a witty or insightful reply.

Drafting a LinkedIn post using one of our templates.

DM’ing someone who engaged with our content — starting a real conversation.
