Remote Operations Manager – E-commerce / Affiliate / Dropshipping

Availability: Flexible, including weekends when needed
Compensation: $1000/month during trial period, increasing to $1200–$1500/month based on performance

About the Role

We are looking for an experienced and fully committed Operations Manager to take ownership of the daily operations of a fast-growing digital business.

This is not a clock-in, clock-out job. We want someone who treats the business as their own, bringing structure, consistency, accountability, and a strategic mindset to help scale where results are proven.

Responsibilities

Manage and coordinate a remote team of 10+ members (support, creative, logistics, etc.)
Track performance, enforce standards, and ensure daily reporting
Oversee operations across e-commerce, dropshipping, and affiliate projects
Monitor tasks and timelines, ensuring execution without delays
Take full ownership of internal systems (Slack, Trello, Google Drive, etc.)
Act as the direct bridge between the founder and the team
Proactively identify inefficiencies and implement solutions
Contribute to business strategy by analyzing results, spotting winning angles, and supporting scaling campaigns or projects that perform well

Requirements

Proven experience managing a team of 8–10+ people
Familiar with e-commerce, dropshipping, or affiliate operations
Strong grasp of performance marketing concepts (ROAS, creatives, funnels)
Basic understanding of Facebook Ads (not a buyer, but must understand structure and logic)
Fast learner, sharp thinker, proactive and strategic mindset
Fluent in English (written and spoken)
Highly flexible: available for follow-up and reporting on weekends, especially during the first months
