Real Estate ISA / Appointment-Setter (SMS + Calling) – US Market

About the role
We need a proactive ISA to call/text new leads within 5–10 minutes, qualify using a simple script, and book appointments (buyer/seller/investor strategy calls + BrokerBox demos).

You will:
• Speed-to-lead SMS & calls, log notes, and set calendar appointments.
• Use our 3-touch in 5 days sequence; mark replies, stop automation when human takes over.
• Reschedule no-shows; send confirmation & prep messages.
• Hit weekly goals for contact rate and kept appointments.

Must-have experience:
• US real estate ISA or customer-facing sales; confident, friendly English.
• Comfortable with Go High Level, Google Calendar, and simple scripts.
