We are seeking a Compliance and Risk Officer – Ageing and Disability Role to bolster our compliance and governance processes. In this capacity, the Officer will be responsible for maintaining and enhancing our existing frameworks.
Our established policies and procedures are in place, and we are seeking an individual who can maintain and enhance their effectiveness. This role requires a keen eye for detail, a commitment to continuous learning as the NDIS evolves, and the ability to provide guidance to management regarding potential risks or changes.
The Role
You’ll be responsible for keeping our compliance and risk management running smoothly. This includes maintaining registers, reviewing procedures, and ensuring governance is consistent and effective.

Conducting risk assessments and supporting risk management processes.
Reviewing and managing i

Providing advice on changes in legislation, standards, or requirements.
Supporting continuous improvement across compliance and quality.
About You:
You don’t need to have decades of experience — what matters is that you have some compliance or quality background and the drive to keep building your knowledge. You’re proactive, detail-focused, and comfortable advising management when change is needed.

Experience in compliance, risk, or quality (NDIS, aged care, or health sector desirable).
