Long & Short Form Content Video Editor

I’m looking for a skilled video editor who can work with my coaching call recordings and turn them into engaging YouTube content. The right candidate will know how to watch through long coaching calls, identify the key teaching ---------- nts, cut out the fluff, and repackage the best sections into both long-form and short-form content.

What You’ll Do:
• Watch full-length coaching call recordings (60–90 minutes).
• Condense them into engaging long-form YouTube videos (15–25 minutes).
• Cut out filler, side conversations, and irrelevant ---------- nts while keeping the video cohesive.
• Identify and repurpose the strongest ---------- nts into short-form clips (Reels/Shorts/TikTok).
• Add light editing: intro/outro, captions (when needed), smooth transitions.

What I’m Looking For:
• Someone who is smart, able to tell what is valuable content and what’s just “fat.”
• Strong editorial judgment: you understand pacing, flow, and what keeps viewers engaged.
• Experience editing coaching, podcast, or educational-style content is a plus.
• Reliable, fast, and responsive communicator.

Compensation:
• To be discussed (per video).
• Ongoing work available—this will be a long-term position if it’s a good fit.
