Position Overview

We are seeking a motivated Outbound Telemarketing Sales Representative to join our team on a part-time basis. In this role, you will make outbound calls to licensed contractors in Florida, introduce them to our services, and qualify their interest. You’ll be trained on our CRM system and proven sales process to ensure success.

This is a great opportunity for someone with strong communication skills, a sales-driven mindset, and a desire for flexible part-time work.

Key Responsibilities

Make outbound phone calls daily to contractors in the state of Florida.

Introduce and explain our services, including insurance options and permit expediting.

Ask qualifying questions to identify needs and potential interest.

Document call outcomes, notes, and follow-ups accurately in our CRM system.

Schedule appointments, transfer calls to sales specialists, or send follow-up information as needed.

Consistently meet daily/weekly call and contact goals.

Represent the company in a professional and helpful manner.

Qualifications

Previous experience in telemarketing, sales, or customer service preferred, but not required (training provided).

Excellent phone communication skills with a clear, confident speaking voice.

Strong listening and problem-solving abilities.

Comfortable using a CRM system (we will train you on ours).

Self-motivated and able to stay productive working part-time hours.

Reliable computer, headset, and internet connection for making calls.
