The ideal candidate should be highly familiar with TikTok shop trending products AI tools and the affiliate marketing landscape to drive conversions and sales. we provide performance based bonuses if your videos go viral or convert terms will apply.

Responsibilities:
-Create 25 engaging TikTok shop affiliate Ai videos per week

-Utilize Ai tools to make a quality video and is efficient the realer the better

-Stay Up-to-date with TikTok trends and best captions and sound to maximize reach and engagement

-Understand and leverage affiliate and creator programs to drive conversions.

-Meet performance metrics and optimize content accordingly

-Work efficiently to meet weekly content targets

-TikTok shop spy tools for competitor research and trend spotting

Requirements

-Proven experience with TikTok ,reels, shorts content creation and Affilitate marketing (instantly hired if you have 1million views more than once)

-Strong understanding of Ai tools and how to make Tiktok content with them

-time management skills need to post Atleast 3 times a day

-Familiarity with Claude for the scripts, flow/veo3 for the scenes and Capcut to put it together no filming required

-Realiable internet connection

-Excellent English, communication skills and prompt writing
