Virtual Assistant: Lead person to manage synthesis of online content

I need help summarizing the key learnings from a variety of online content (mostly video content). The job entails downloading videos, getting transcripts of these videos using transcription software (no manual transcriptions needed), organizing the videos, and uploading the transcripts to AI and creating key summarizes of the transcripts by using AI software.

This can be a part-time role going forward - or even full-time later on if all goes well. (The amount of content is large!)

I'd like to start with an initial project that has 4 steps:
a) I need help downloading some videos. This is a test project of about 50 videos.
b) I would also like these videos organized (numbered) and stored in the cloud (such as Google Drive).
c) I would like transcripts created too using transcription software - so the videos may need to be uploaded to a site that creates transcripts as well (transcription service to be determined).
d) I would like the transcripts uploaded to an AI project - so the AI can summarize all of the transcripts and key project takeaways. We can work on the AI project together.
