Lead Setter (Booking Specialist)
You turn every new lead into a booked cleaning. Your scoreboard is bookings

Core Responsibilities
- Speed-to-lead: Call within 5 minutes of lead creation. Double-dial, leave voicemail, then text. Follow the daily cadence until contact or disqualify.
- Set the appointment now: Aim to book inside 72 hours (today, tomorrow, day after). Pull appointments forward whenever
Never end a call/text without a next step on the calendar. Book a meeting from a meeting, always.
- Work the volume plan: Multiple short messages, quick responses, and steady follow-ups per cadence to drive replies, shows, and bookings.
- Abandoned checkout rescue: Call/text immediately, resolve the blocker, and finish the booking for them in under 60 seconds.
- Reminder stack: Ensure automated reminders (24h/12h/3h) + manual reminders (night before, morning of, 60 min prior) go out to cut no-shows.
- Data hygiene: Update CRM notes, disposition every attempt, and keep calendar accurate for 7-day scheduling.

Success Metrics (Daily/Weekly)
- Speed-to-lead under 5 min average.
- Bookings/day (primary target). “Open-to-goal” shift: you work until the booking number is hit.
- Contact rate, set rate, show rate; no-show rate; reminder compliance.

Cadence You Follow (No Exceptions)
- Day 1: Double-dial + VM + text, then two more attempts spaced hours apart.
- Days 2–3: 2 calls/day, text after second call.
- Days 4–7: 1 call + 1 text/day, then move to long-term nurture

Requirements

- Fast, friendly, and relentless on follow-up. You like “boring work” that prints bookings.
- Comfortable offering same-day/next-day and weekend slots; confident closing on the phone.

Compensation
Base + per-booked-clean bonus + commission + show-rate kicker.
