Admin Operations (with Customer Service Experience)

Schedule: Monday to Friday - 9AM to 5PM PST

Responsibilities
Admin Operations
- Assist in documenting internal SOPs and ensure company processes are followed
- Help build internal systems and improve workflows
- Support day-to-day company operations
- Ensure the team follows internal protocols and deadlines
- Generate performance and operations reports
- Maintain and update internal records, spreadsheets, and client notes
- Handle recurring admin tasks with consistency and accuracy
- Stay up-to-date with platform updates, tools, and features
- Assist in creating internal/external guides, Loom videos, or FAQs
- Help coordinate company events, marketing efforts, and community activities
- Provide support to other departments as needed (e.g. sales, onboarding, support)

Customer Support
- Respond to customer inquiries via chat, email, or helpdesk systems
- Provide clear, friendly, and helpful assistance to clients using our platform
- Escalate technical issues or urgent concerns appropriately
- Handle billing inquiries, track subscription changes, and cancellations
- Support retention efforts by following up with clients and understanding their needs
