Rate: $5/hour + future bonus opportunities
Schedule: Mon–Fri, 2PM–6PM PST (20 hrs/week)

About the Role
We’re looking for a self-starter, problem solver, proactive, creative, and detail-oriented Social Media Assistant to help grow the online presence of an established real estate agent in California, specifically in Silicon Valley. This role is perfect for someone who loves social media, knows how to create engaging content, and enjoys building connections online.

Key Responsibilities
Outreach & Engagement – DM, comment, and interact with prospects to build relationships
Posting & Scheduling – Manage posts across Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube, and more
Content Creation & Editing – Edit short-form videos (Reels, Shorts) + design simple graphics (Canva)
Boosting & Tracking – Run post boosts and track performance metrics
Support Tasks – Assist with follow-ups, birthdays, giveaways, and client engagement

You’ll Succeed If You Have
1+ year of social media management experience
Canva & basic video editing skills (CapCut, InShot, etc.)
Strong English writing & communication
Self-motivation, organization, and the ability to follow brand tone

Bonus Skills
Familiarity with California real estate
Knowledge of social media strategy, SEO, or ads
