Position Overview
We are looking for a dynamic and self-motivated Remote Virtual Assistant / Telemarketer to join our team. This hybrid role combines administrative support with outbound telemarketing efforts to generate leads, nurture client relationships, and contribute to our sales growth. Key Responsibilities
• Conduct outbound calls to prospective clients to introduce our printing solutions, qualify leads, and schedule appointments or demos.

Qualifications and Requirements
• Proven experience (1+ years) as a virtual assistant, telemarketer, customer service representative, or in a similar remote role.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with a professional phone manner and the ability to engage potential clients effectively.
• Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and familiarity with CRM software (e.g., Salesforce or similar).
• Comfortable with remote work setup, including reliable high-speed internet, a quiet workspace, and necessary equipment (computer, headset).
• Sales-oriented mindset with resilience to handle objections and rejection positively.
• Availability during standard business hours (Pacific Time preferred) to align with our Canadian client base.
• High school diploma or equivalent; post-secondary education in business, marketing, or a related field is a plus.
