Outbound Sales Specialist

We’re looking for someone who enjoys talking to people, is confident on calls, and knows how to keep a sales pipeline moving.

You’ll be working with a fast-growing US construction franchise, handling outbound calls, cold email outreach, follow-ups, and managing leads in the CRM. You’ll also work closely with the business owner and help move real sales conversations forward.

Best suited for someone who likes structure, consistency, and takes ownership of their results.

What You’ll Do
- Working directly and communicating with the owner of the franchise on a daily basis.
- Qualifying leads both online and on a phone call when needed.
- Consistently making an average of 50 outbound calls daily to the qualified leads to close sales (warm-ish B2B leads).
- Managing and updating all comms, tasks, and full sales pipeline in HubSpot.
- Helping create and manage your own scripts, email templates, and SOPs.
- Taking on other operational tasks as needed for the business.

What We’re Looking For
- 3+ years of experience in outbound sales or cold calling
- 1+ year experience working in a remote or work-from-home setup
- Experience as a Team Lead or Subject Matter Expert is a strong advantage
- Comfortable working directly with US-based clients and confident in asking questions to learn and improve
- Quick learner with a strong ability to take feedback and apply it
- Strong English communication skills, both written and verbal
- Comfortable with CRM tools (HubSpot or similar) and multitasking in a fast-paced environment
- Experience in commercial construction or related industries is a strong plus
- Must be available to work graveyard shift aligned with US time zones
- Reliable internet connection and dedicated work-from-home setup required

Salary and Benefits:
- Base salary: 55,000 PHP per month
- 100% remote / work-from-home
- PTO and paid holidays
