About Us:
Beyond Evolution Podcast focused on AI, humanity, and the future of technology. We dive into honest and meaningful conversations with creatives, thought leaders, and real people just like us, to explore how AI is influencing the way we think, feel, connect, and work. We’re looking for a skilled video editor who can take our raw recordings and turn them into polished episodes and engaging social clips.

Responsibilities:
-Edit full podcast episodes (video + audio) for YouTube and podcast platforms.
-Cut short clips (30–90 seconds) highlighting the best ---------- nts for TikTok, Instagram Reels, and LinkedIn.
-Add branded intro/outro, captions, and light motion graphics where needed.
-Clean up audio (remove background noise, balance levels, sync with video).
-Deliver content optimized for each platform’s format.
-Work with us on an ongoing basis (1–2 episodes per month).

Requirements:
-Proven experience editing podcasts, YouTube videos, or similar content.
-Strong command of editing tools (Premiere Pro, Final Cut, CapCut, Riverside, or DaVinci Resolve).
-Ability to work quickly while maintaining high-quality output.
-Creativity in pacing, storytelling, and making technical conversations engaging.
-Reliability and clear communication (fast response times are important).

Nice to Have:
-Experience with AI, tech, or business content.
-Basic motion graphics or After Effects skills.

Budget & Timeline
-Freelance, remote, project-based.
-Please provide your portfolio and standard pricing per full episode + clips or per hour.
-Turnaround time: ideally within 3–5 days per episode.
