We are looking for a skilled SEO Specialist to optimize our website for better search engine rankings, organic traffic growth, and improved online visibility. This role will begin with an intensive full-time schedule (1 week) to implement foundational SEO strategies, followed by an ongoing part-time arrangement for maintenance, monitoring, and continuous improvements.
Responsibilities:
Conduct a full SEO audit of the website (technical, on-page, and off-page).
Perform keyword research and competitor analysis to identify ranking opportunities.
Optimize website structure, content, and metadata for SEO best practices.
Improve page load speed, mobile-friendliness, and overall site health.
Develop and implement a link-building strategy.
Monitor performance using tools like Google Analytics, Google Search Console, and other SEO platforms.
Provide regular SEO reports with insights and actionable recommendations.
Stay updated on SEO trends, Google algorithm updates, and industry best practices.
Requirements:
Proven experience as an SEO Specialist or in a similar role.
Strong knowledge of SEO tools (e.g., Ahrefs, SEMrush, Moz, Screaming Frog, etc.).
Proficiency with Google Analytics, Google Search Console, and keyword research tools.
Understanding of technical SEO, content optimization, and link-building strategies.
Ability to analyze data and provide actionable insights.
Excellent attention to detail and strong problem-solving skills.
Good communication skills (written and verbal).
Work Schedule & Compensation:
Phase 1 (Week 1): Full-time (40 hrs/week) to establish initial SEO setup and optimization.
Phase 2 (Ongoing): Transition to part-time (10–20 hrs/week) for continuous SEO monitoring, updates, and improvements.
