We are looking for an experienced Direct Response Video Ad Specialist to join our team.
Your role is to create high-performing video ads that drive conversions for social media platforms
This is not a simple video editing role — we need someone who understands the science of persuasion and the art of editing to deliver measurable results.
Responsibilities:
Write compelling ad scripts (15–90 seconds) based on the offer, product, or service.
Edit high-performing direct response video ads optimized for
Structure ads with strong hooks, problem–solution narrative, social proof, and call-to-action (CTA).
Implement platform best practices (aspect ratios, captions, pacing, etc.).
Test and optimize ads for maximum CTR, conversion rate, and ROI.
Collaborate with our creative team to refine messaging and creative direction.
Stay updated with direct response marketing trends and video ad strategies.
Requirements:
Proven experience in direct response video ads (please share portfolio/examples).
Strong copywriting and scriptwriting skills tailored for ads.
Expert in video editing software (Premiere Pro, Final Cut, DaVinci Resolve, or similar).
Understanding of performance metrics (CTR, CPC, ROAS, Conversion Rate).
Creative thinker with a strong grasp of consumer psychology and storytelling.
Reliable, detail-oriented, and able to meet deadlines.
Nice to Have:
Experience with UGC-style ads.
Familiarity with paid ads platforms (Meta Ads Manager, Google Ads, TikTok Ads).
Knowledge of A/B testing and creative iteration.
