The Role
We are seeking an enthusiastic Sales & Patient Service Representative to join our growing remote team. In this phone-based role, you will be the first point of contact for prospective and existing patients — handling inbound calls, providing information about our treatments, making bookings, and resolving patient enquiries with professionalism and care.

This is not just a service role — it’s also a sales role. You will use your communication and relationship-building skills to guide patients through their decision-making process and ensure they feel confident in choosing Contour Clinics.

Key Responsibilities

Handle inbound telephone enquiries and convert them into bookings.

Proactively follow up leads and enquiries to maximise sales opportunities.

Assist patients with questions, concerns, and aftercare enquiries.

Provide accurate information on treatments, pricing, and appointment availability.

Deliver a premium patient experience in every interaction.

What We’re Looking For

Previous experience in sales or phone-based service roles (healthcare, hospitality, or call centres highly regarded).

Excellent spoken and written English communication skills.

Confidence in handling objections and guiding conversations towards bookings.

Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple calls and enquiries.

Patient-focused, empathetic, and professional at all times.
