We’re looking for a reliable, full-time virtual assistant to join our team and support the daily operations of a fast-growing, high-ticket ecommerce store based in the U.S.
This is a phone-heavy, fast-paced role — ideal for someone sharp, confident on the phone, and committed to long-term, full-time work.
Responsibilities
As a Customer Support & Operations VA, you will work closely with our customer service manager and team to:
Answer inbound customer phone calls
Make outbound follow-up calls to close sales and resolve issues
Respond to
Process orders, manage backorders, and handle returns
Coordinate with suppliers and vendors
Assist in onboarding new suppliers
Solve problems quickly while keeping communication clear and professional
Requirements
Experience with high-ticket Shopify dropshipping stores (U.S.-based)
Excellent spoken and written English
Confident handling phone calls (non-negotiable)
Fast internet and a distraction-free home office setup
Positive attitude, strong work ethic, and quick learner
Availability: 40–50 hours/week, U.S. hours, 6 days/week
No other jobs or freelance commitments (full dedication required)
Pay & Schedule
Starting at $3–$4 USD/hr, depending on experience
Full-time only (40–50 hrs/week minimum)
Pay raises based on performance
Paid weekly via PayPal (must have a PayPal Business account)
