???? Hiring: Video Editor & Marketing Specialist VA (Real Estate Focus)

I’m a Real Estate agent with eXp Realty in Georgia, USA, and I’m looking for a skilled and experienced VA in real estate who can help me create and market high-quality real estate content.

Role

I need someone who can:

- Edit 2-10 minute market update and property tour videos, and etc videos that I record real estate related

- Add B-roll, text overlays, graphics, music, and branded elements

- Create YouTube thumbnails and repurpose long videos into short-form clips (Reels, TikTok, Shorts)

- Add subtitles and ensure consistent branding (logo, colors, fonts)

- (Bonus) Help with social media posting/scheduling and marketing support

What I’m Looking For

Experience in real estate video editing

Skilled in CapCut, Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut, or similar tools

Graphic design ability for thumbnails & branding

Creative eye for luxury, professional, and upscale aesthetics

Knowledge of social media trends and best practices
