Insurance Marketer/Appointment Setter

What You’ll Do:
- Make 50–100 outbound calls per day to potential clients
- Schedule appointments for licensed insurance agents
- Follow call scripts and maintain a friendly, professional tone
- Track call outcomes and update CRM systems accurately
- Collaborate with the team to refine outreach strategies

What We’re Looking For:
- Excellent spoken and written English communication skills
- Comfortable making high-volume outbound calls
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Positive attitude and ability to handle rejection professionally
- Prior experience in the insurance industry is a must-have
- Experience with CRM tools or call tracking systems is a plus
