We are a health insurance agency looking for a Virtual Assistant to handle admin and client service tasks.
Main Duties:
Answer and make phone calls to clients
Assist with simple service requests (ID cards, updates, scheduling, etc.)
Keep records updated in our system
Key Responsibilities:
Respond to client inquiries via phone,
Process client service requests (policy changes, ID card requests, updates, etc.)
Maintain accurate records in our CRM and systems
Assist with appointment scheduling and follow-up tasks
Support agents with administrative duties as needed
Ensure confidentiality and compliance with insurance guidelines
Requirements:
Must have perfect English (spoken and written)
Comfortable on the phone with clients
Reliable internet connection and quiet work environment
Organized and detail-oriented
