Social Outreach and Ads Design Manager

I need someone who can help our team with social media research & outreach. This will include:

Here is my ideal workflow:
1. Research and document all agents in our market centers (4 locations) (we provide the lists).
2. Gather all agent data into one CSV file
3. Research and follow all agents and brokerages on social media (Instagram and Facebook) using pre-populated messages.

Ads:
Help run and manage ads (design experience required)

Hours:
Ideally work hours overlap with my work hours (United States 9am-5pm Central)
