JOB OVERVIEW

We’re looking for a Junior Full Stack Engineer who’s excited to work across early-stage startups, experiments, and digital ventures. This is a highly collaborative role in a fast-paced venture studio environment—ideal for someone who enjoys building products from scratch, jumping into new stacks, and iterating quickly based on feedback.

You’ll not only build web applications from the ground up, but also play a critical support role by handling customer-facing bugs and serving as a first responder during off-hours emergencies.

If you're a self-starter who thrives in ambiguity, loves learning new tools, and wants to help launch 0-to-1 products, this role is for you.

- ???? Build real products that spin out into live startups

???? What You’ll Be Doing

- Collaborate with product managers, designers, and entrepreneurs to build MVPs and internal tools
- Develop full stack web applications using Node.js and Vue (plus exposure to Next.js and Postgres)
- Integrate APIs, automate internal processes, and support backend functionality
- Work in sprints to ship early prototypes, gather feedback, and iterate quickly
- Document your code and contribute to lightweight, scalable infrastructure setups
- Handle light customer support bugs(often doesn't require coding, but does require clear communication and async updates via messaging tools)
- Act as the emergency support point person during off-hours to flag and troubleshoot server outages when the main dev team is offline
- Participate in internal product reviews and give technical insight on scope and feasibility

- Passionate about startups, experimentation, and building things from the ground up
