T-Shirt Graphic Designer Needed – Create & Stylize Designs for Etsy/Shopify Store

We're looking for a talented and reliable graphic designer to create high-quality t-shirt designs for our Etsy and Shopify stores.

You’ll work from reference designs we provide — either recreating our own existing artwork or adapting popular, trending shirt styles from other listings. We’ll give you clear direction, and we expect clean, professional work with an eye for what sells.

All final designs must also be displayed in realistic, styled mockups (e.g. lifestyle or flat-lay t-shirt mockups) for product listings on our storefronts.

What You’ll Do:

Recreate or adapt existing t-shirt designs based on references we provide

Design with an understanding of what’s popular on platforms like Etsy

Deliver production-ready files for print-on-demand (PNG with transparency, high-res)

Generate polished mockup images using your own mockup templates or tools (e.g., Placeit, Smartmockups, or PSD mockups in Photoshop)

Organize files for easy upload to our Shopify and Etsy listings

You Should Have:

Strong graphic design skills with a portfolio of t-shirt or apparel work

Experience designing for print-on-demand platforms (Etsy, Shopify, Redbubble, etc.)

Access to high-quality mockup templates or tools

Good communication and fast turnaround times
