Experienced VA for Real Estate Facebook/LinkedIn/Biggerpockets Group Marketing

We are looking for an experienced Virtual Assistant (VA) to manage and grow our presence in Facebook, LinkedIn, and Biggerpockets Groups. This role is focused on posting our marketing flyers in targeted groups and tracking results. Real estate marketing experience is a big plus.

Responsibilities:
• Research and compile the top 20+ Groups in each U.S. state.
• Post our flyer 1x per week in each group.
• Track all activity in Excel/Google Sheets (groups, dates, engagement).
• Suggest new strategies to increase leads.

Requirements:
• 3–5 years minimum experience marketing on Facebook Groups.
• Real estate-related marketing strongly preferred.
• Additional social media experience (Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok, etc.) a plus.
• Ability to manage multiple Facebook accounts (preferred).
• Strong organizational and record-keeping skills.

Pay & Bonus:
• $10/hour – 3 hours per day
• $10,000 bonus if you help us secure a buyer in the next 30 days
