1. Define the VA’s Core Role

Target Contacts: Independent supermarkets, gourmet markets, gyms, yoga studios, health food stores, wellness cafés.

Primary Job: Cold call, email, and message (via social media or store contact forms) ? set appointments for you or your reps to close.

Secondary Tasks: Track leads in a CRM (Google Sheets, HubSpot free plan, or GoHighLevel), follow up every 7–10 days, and confir ---------- etings.
