Role Overview
We’re looking for a skilled Video Editor who can take our raw video content and elevate it with professional editing, engaging storytelling, and polished output. This is a project-based role with the potential for ongoing collaboration as new video needs arise.

Key Responsibilities:
-Edit long-form video content (training sessions, coaching modules, etc.) into high-quality, engaging final versions.
-Create short-form content (clips, highlights, reels) for social media, marketing, and website use.
-Develop testimonial videos and other promotional assets.
-Collaborate with our team to understand the desired style, branding, and message.
-Suggest creative improvements to video flow, graphics, and overall presentation.
-Ensure consistency in formatting, quality, and branding across all videos.
-Manage editing projects efficiently to deliver professional output with less turnaround time.

Requirements:
-Proven experience in video editing (portfolio or samples required).
-Proficiency with editing software (Camtasia, Adobe Premiere, Final Cut Pro, or similar).
-Strong eye for detail, pacing, and storytelling.
-Ability to add graphics, subtitles, transitions, and basic animations as needed.
-Experience creating content optimized for social media platforms (Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube, etc.).
-Strong communication skills and ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
