About Us:
We are a pioneering startup dedicated to transforming the landscape of autism diagnosis through remote evaluations. Our mission is to provide accessible, comprehensive, and accurate autism diagnostic services to individuals and families, regardless of their location. We are looking for passionate individuals to join our innovative team.
Position Overview
We are seeking a Clinical Talent Success & Onboarding Specialist to own the clinician experience from onboarding through ongoing engagement. This role ensures that our clinicians feel supported, equipped, and connected — blending HR, people operations, and process improvement. Ideal candidates will bring HR or people ops experience and will be detail-oriented self-starters. Strong preference for exposure to healthcare.
The Process:
As part of our interview process, you will be asked to give a short presentation, so please apply only if you are comfortable doing this. Since we receive a large number of applications, we’d also like you to include three things in your message:
-Why this role seems like a good fit for you.
-A brief overview of your background.
-The result of subtracting 5 from 17.
This last request may seem unusual, but it helps us confirm that applicants pay close attention to instructions and take care with details—qualities that are important for success in this position.

-Onboard clinicians (e.g., background checks, training, check-ins) as efficiently and quickly as possible

-Improve the onboarding process on an ongoing basis (e.g., create video tutorials, update manuals as needed, suggest ways to shorten onboarding time)
-Monitor clinician satisfaction & patient feedback, escalating to leadership as needed
-Prepare agenda clinician quarterly reviews with the Clinical Director (e.g., recap of patients seen, feedback)
-Administer clinician payroll bi-monthly
-Support clinicians in navigating internal systems (e.g., troubleshoot access issues)
-Collaborate with clinical recruiting to post roles, screen candidates, and coordinate interviews as needed
Qualifications
-Experience in HR, people operations, or talent management, ideally in a healthcare setting (experience with clinical staff onboarding is a plus)
-Track record of onboarding and/or supporting staff, maintaining engagement, and improving employee experience
-Strong proficiency with tech tools including Google Workspace (Drive, Meet), Slack, and EMRs (Electronic Medical Records)
-Excellent organizational and project management skills; able to manage multiple tasks and deadlines independently
-Strong written and verbal communication skills; comfortable guiding clinicians through processes and tools
-Tech-savvy and resourceful, with the ability to troubleshoot basic technical issues
-Experience creating clear training resources (manuals, tutorials, or guides) preferred
-Detail-oriented, proactive, and committed to process improvement
-Able to maintain confidentiality and professionalism when handling sensitive information
-Flexible and collaborative mindset, willing to step into recruiting and operational support as needed
-Background in Psychology or Psychometrics is a strong advantage.
