Role Overview:
As an Amazon Ads Specialist at Cheddy, you’ll work closely with the Ad Manager to execute the tactical components of advertising strategies on Amazon. Your primary focus will be on campaign execution, performance monitoring, and optimization across Sponsored Products, Sponsored Brands, and Sponsored Display. This is a hands-on role for someone who lives in the data, understands the Amazon Ads ecosystem, and is passionate about translating strategy into measurable results.
Key Responsibilities:
• Collaborate with the Ad Manager to implement campaign strategies aligned with client goals
• Execute and optimize Amazon PPC campaigns to improve performance and drive growth
• Perform daily tasks including keyword research, negative keyword management, bid adjustments, and campaign structuring
• Monitor key performance metrics (ACoS, TACoS, ROAS, CTR, CVR) and flag issues or opportunities for improvement
• Work with internal teams (creative/content) to ensure that ad creatives and listings support campaign goals
• Run A/B tests and assist in scaling successful ad groups or products
• Stay current on Amazon ad platform updates, trends, and best practices
• Support the preparation of client-facing performance reports with actionable insights and clear data summaries
Qualifications:
• 2+ years of hands-on experience managing Amazon advertising campaigns.
• Proven track record of improving performance KPIs (ACoS, ROAS, CVR).
• Proficiency with Amazon Ads Console, Seller/Vendor Central, and tools like Helium 10, Jungle Scout, or Pacvue.
• Strong analytical skills and experience with Excel, Google Sheets, or analytics dashboards.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to work independently or with cross-functional teams.
