Job Description
This role is focused on converting inbound leads into paying clients. The Sales VA will handle all incoming calls, messages, and inquiries from multiple channels, follow up quickly, and use proven scripts to secure bookings. Daily responsibilities include calling new leads, double dialing, sending follow-up texts/emails, logging all interactions in our CRM, and upselling recurring and premium services. Success looks like fast response times, a high conversion rate, and keeping our pipeline organized so no lead falls through the cracks.

Skills & Experience Required
Strong English communication (spoken & written), confident and persuasive on calls

Prior sales or appointment-setting experience (home services, real estate, or call center is a plus)

Comfortable making daily calls and handling objections

Highly organized with attention to detail and CRM/data entry skills

Self-motivated, results-driven, and thrives on hitting targets

Reliable, consistent, and available full-time during business hours (US time zones preferred)
