Job Opportunity: Procurement Assistant

Division: Concierge
Compensation: $5.50/hour (with performance-based raises at 6 months and 1 year)

About the Role:
The Procurement Assistant will support the Concierge Division by assisting in the management of vendor relationships, material sourcing, and procurement tracking. This role will be responsible for updating and maintaining the procurement log, coordinating with vendors and suppliers to obtain quotes and confirm orders, and ensuring that project selections are properly documented. The Procurement Assistant will also track deliveries, manage project inventory, and assist leadership with reporting and communication to ensure seamless material flow and on-time project execution.

Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate with vendors and suppliers to request quotes, confirm orders, and track deliveries.
- Track purchase orders, delivery dates, and backorders.
- Support negotiation of pricing and terms when applicable
- Maintain and update procurement and selection tracking logs.
- Monitor project inventory to ensure timely material ordering and delivery.
- Assist in resolving order discrepancies and tracking replacements.
- Record and organize selections, approvals, and invoices.
- Upload procurement documents and status updates into CoConstruct.
- Provide updates and reports to the Procurement Lead and project managers.
- Collaborate with the design team and leadership to support project success.
- Assist with preparing procurement status reports for leadership review.

Qualifications & Skills:
- High school diploma or equivalent (degree in business, supply chain, or related field is a plus).
- Prior experience in procurement, vendor coordination, or administrative support preferred.
- Proficiency in Google Suite, Google Sheets, Dropbox, Microsoft Teams, and CoConstruct.
- Strong organizational and record-keeping abilities.
- Excellent communication skills (written and verbal).
- Detail-oriented, with the ability to track multiple orders and schedules accurately.
- Proactive, resourceful, and capable of problem-solving.
- Team player with strong collaboration skills.
