Software Developer (Zapier Tech Support)

Job Description:

We are seeking a Software Developer with a strong background in Zapier to provide technical support and automation solutions for our internal and client-facing processes. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing, maintaining, and troubleshooting Zapier integrations and other automation tools.

Responsibilities:

Design, develop, and maintain custom Zapier workflows (Zaps).

Provide technical support for existing automation setups.

Integrate Zapier with APIs, third-party tools, and in-house software.

Identify and resolve issues in automation flows efficiently.

Collaborate with support and development teams to optimize processes.

Document workflows and provide user training where needed.

Requirements:

Proven experience with Zapier and creating complex multi-step Zaps.

Strong understanding of APIs and webhooks.

Familiarity with tools like Google Workspace, Slack, Airtable, Trello, and similar platforms.

Basic coding skills (JavaScript, Python, or similar) are a plus.

Strong troubleshooting and communication skills.

Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
