Virtual Assistant – Social Media & Content Creation (Remote)

We are looking for a detail-oriented and creative Virtual Assistant to support our DJ company’s social media presence. The ideal candidate will have strong organizational skills, a creative eye for photo/video content, and experience managing social media posting schedules.

Responsibilities:
Review photographer galleries sent via email, and select/download the most relevant event photos for DJ company branding.

Edit and repurpose content ) into carousel posts, Instagram Reels, and short clips. Videos from specific events (shared via email) will also need to be edited and repurposed for posts, Reels, and highlights

Create captions that are engaging, on-brand, and tailored for Instagram.

Manage and schedule 4–5 Instagram posts per week through Airtable, ensuring that a minimum of three posts are video-based (Reels or short clips).

Edit videos and create social-ready clips using CapCut.

Design and enhance graphics/posts with Canva.

Stay consistent with brand voice and ensure all content looks polished and professional.


Requirements:
Proven experience with Instagram content creation (Reels, carousel posts, short-form videos).

Strong photo and video editing skills.

Proficiency in CapCut and Canva.

Basic knowledge of Airtable or willingness to learn quickly.

Strong writing skills for engaging captions.

Reliable, detail-oriented, and able to meet weekly posting deadlines.
