Real Estate Data Analyst

About the Role:
Are you detail-oriented, curious about real estate, and looking to launch your career in data and analytics? We’re seeking an Entry-Level Real Estate Data Analyst to join our growing team. In this role, you’ll work directly with experienced professionals, gaining hands-on exposure to property operations, investments, and market research. You’ll help us turn numbers into insights that drive real decisions on properties and markets.

In this role, you’ll support senior leadership while also getting hands-on experience in property management. It’s a unique opportunity to build your skills in real estate, operations, and executive support—all while contributing to a tight-knit team.

What You’ll Do:
- Collect, input, and organize property, market, and financial data.
- Build and update spreadsheets in excel and Google sheets and dashboards to track property performance.
- Research local markets to spot trends in rents, sales, and occupancy.
- Assist with financial models and reports used for property evaluations.
- Read financial statements and review data.
- Ensure our data is accurate, reliable, and easy to use.
- Collaborate with tea ---------- mbers across different teams in the company.

What We’re Looking For:
- Degree or experience in Business, Economics, Real Estate, Data Analytics, Accounting, Engineering, or a related field (recent grads welcome!).
- Strong Excel skills (pivot tables, formulas, charts).
- Interest in real estate and eagerness to learn the business side of properties and investments.
- Detail-oriented, organized, and curious about solving problems with data.
