JOB OVERVIEW

We are seeking a highly organised and proactive Community Manager & Administrative Assistant to support a non-profit sports organization. The successful candidate will manage campaigns for sports events, handle outreach to players and coaches, and ensure smooth coordination between the organization and its community.
This role requires hands-on experience in creating and maintaining SOPs, managing campaigns via GoHighLevel (GHL), and building forms and landing pages through GHL. A strong interest or background in tennis or sports is an advantage but not required.

Key Responsibilities
Community Engagement & Outreach
Act as the primary liaison between the client, coaches, players, and community members.
Build and maintain relationships to enhance community involvement and participation.
Reach out to players and coaches to coordinate event participation and updates.
Campaign & Event Management
Plan, manage, and execute marketing campaigns for every sports event using GHL.
Create, manage, and update forms and landing pages in GHL for registrations, surveys, and event-related processes.
Monitor campaign performance and adjust strategies to improve engagement and results.
Marketing Support
Schedule, send, and track EDMs (email campaigns) for events, newsletters, and updates.
Manage and post engaging content across social media platforms.
Collaborate with the team to plan and execute digital campaigns to drive community engagement.
Administrative Support
Create, document, and maintain SOPs to standardize processes and improve efficiency.
Assist with scheduling, reporting, and other operational tasks.
Prepare documents, presentations, and reports as needed.

Qualifications & Skills
Essential:
3+ years of experience in community management, marketing, or administrative support.
Proven expertise in creating and maintaining SOPs.
Proficiency in GoHighLevel (GHL) — including managing campaigns, automations, workflows, and creating forms and landing pages.
Strong experience in email marketing campaigns (EDMs) and digital outreach.
Excellent communication skills in English (written and verbal), with confidence in speaking to Australian clients, coaches, and players.
Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to handle multiple tasks efficiently.
Proficient with Google Workspace, Canva, and other productivity and reporting tools.
Preferred:
Background or strong interest in tennis or sports.
Familiarity with data tracking, performance analytics, and community reporting.
