Operations Manager

We are seeking an experienced Operations Manager / Booking Manager to oversee the daily operations of our short-term rental properties. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in managing bookings through platforms such as Airbnb, ---------- , and VRBO. This role requires exceptional communication skills to effectively engage with guests and ensure a seamless experience throughout their stay.

Key Responsibilities:
• Manage and optimize short-term rental bookings across multiple platforms including Airbnb, ---------- , and VRBO.
• Communicate effectively with guests to ensure a high level of satisfaction and resolve any issues promptly.
• Coordinate and oversee property maintenance and housekeeping services to maintain quality standards.

Requirements:
