A top-rated U.S.-based company is hiring experienced and results-driven Sales Development Representatives (SDRs) from the Philippines. This is a remote, long-term position ideal for professionals with strong communication skills, a proven background in sales, and the ability to deliver consistent results.

Compensation – Top Performers Earn $10–$20+ Per Hour Consistently
• Guaranteed base pay: $8.00–$9.00/hour (based on experience)
• PLUS: Minimum of $35 per qualified appointment set
• Nearly all active tea ---------- mbers earn $10–$20+/hour (base + performance pay)
• Commissions are paid weekly – fast and reliable payouts

Work Schedule: Monday to Friday | 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM EST
Set-up: 100% Remote | Work-from-Home | Long-Term Stability

Hours Expectation: Start part-time and transition into full time gradually over 2-3 weeks

Qualifications:
• Excellent spoken English (C2 level) with a neutral or U.S. accent
• Proven experience in cold calling or appointment setting
• Ability to work full-time, Monday to Friday, 9 AM–5 PM EST
• High-speed internet connection (minimum 100 Mbps)
• Quiet, professional home office setup
• Noise-canceling headset and up-to-date computer
• Professional, coachable, and committed to long-term growth
