We’re looking for a skilled Video & Podcast Editor to join our growing team at MV Corporate. You will play a central role in expanding our YouTube channel and launching a new podcast. While your primary focus will be on long-form content, you will also produce short-form highlights for TikTok, Instagram, and Facebook to extend our reach. What You’ll Do:

In this role, you will edit long-form YouTube videos and podcast episodes that are polished, engaging, and aligned with our brand. You will enhance audio quality by balancing sound levels and removing background noise, and collaborate on episode flow, intros, outros, and visual overlays to keep viewers engaged. You will also repurpose long-form content into short-form clips for social media, use AI-powered tools to streamline workflow and elevate production quality, and design compelling thumbnails, banners, and visual assets that attract clicks and views. Additionally, you will manage scheduling and publishing through GoHighLevel (creative side only) and stay ahead of YouTube and podcast trends to ensure our content remains fresh and competitive.

What We’re Looking For:

The ideal candidate has strong proficiency in editing software such as Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, DaVinci Resolve, and CapCut, along with experience in audio editing using Adobe Audition. Familiarity with AI-powered editing tools like Descript, Runway, and Otter.ai is essential. A deep understanding of YouTube algorithms, SEO, and strategies for audience retention is required, as is the ability to create thumbnails, overlays, and storytelling elements that captivate viewers. Experience using GoHighLevel for scheduling content and the ability to manage multiple projects independently while meeting deadlines will set you apart.

Bonus Skills:

Applicants with knowledge of YouTube SEO and analytics to optimize performance, experience distributing podcasts on platforms such as Spotify, Apple Podcasts, or Google Podcasts, and familiarity with social media growth strategies for cross-promotion will have an advantage.
