We are a Restaurant Group based in Liverpool UK running x4 sites (2 brands).
Working Hours UK Time GMT 9-5PM Or 8/4pm
Customer Services - Bamboo & PICNIC (Tech - Whatsapp, Instagram, Resdiary, Google Calendar, Google

2. Manage Party/Event Bookings Via google Calendar - 2 of the sites are available to hire for events
3. Reply to frequently asked questions over
4. Reply to complaints, handle them and win customers back
5. Answer calls for bookings
6. Respond to customers over Bamboo's Instagram
Staff - Bamboo & PICNIC (Tech - Whatsapp, Google Gmail, Rotaready)
1. Clock staff in and out and chase times via whatsapp. We use clock in system called 'Rotaready' It is a daily task to review the previous days staff that they have all clocked in and out.
2. End of the week input daily takings into the system and report to the owners the staffing percent for each day (automatic)
3. Onboard staffing on Rota Ready - We send the info and you update it.
Sales/Spend - Basic spend by reviewing bank statements from each account to give a weekly spend total of each site.
