About the Role:
The Marketing Coordinator will work directly under the department head and be responsible for independently managing and updating the company website, creating and scheduling content for social media platforms, and designing and executing holiday and other
Key Responsibilities:
1. Website Management
- Manage and update the company website independently.
- Keep portfolio and division pages current with fresh updates.
- Ensure SEO optimization and monitor site performance.
- Track Mailchimp forms and lead generation tools for functionality.
- Maintain backend code, cache, and plugin usage for optimization.
- Use AI tools (including ChatGPT) to improve workflows, enhance website content, and automate tasks.
2. Social Media Content & Management
- Plan, create, edit, and schedule engaging content across platforms.
- Transform Dropbox raw media into polished posts, reels, time-lapse videos, and blogs.
- Write SEO-optimized blog posts and platform-specific captions.
- Develop and manage a content calendar at least one month ahead.
- Engage with comments, messages, and business accounts to boost visibility and insights.
- Design and schedule
- Use AI tools (e.g., ChatGPT) for captions, copywriting support, and streamlined content creation.
3. Lead Support & Follow-Ups
- Log, update, and track leads in Trello and other systems.
- Record and organize notes from lead communications.
- Support follow-up strategies in collaboration with sales.

- Provide consistent updates and reports to department leadership.
- Prepare performance reports on Google campaigns and social media.

Essential Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Digital Media, or related field preferred (or equivalent work experience).
- Experience: 1–3 years in digital marketing, website management, or social media management.
- Technical Proficiency: Hands-on experience with WordPress (backend management, plugins, SEO tools) and major social media platforms.
- Content Creation: Demonstrated ability to write, edit, and optimize content for both websites and social media.
Core Skills
1. Website Management
- Proficiency in WordPress (themes, plugins, cache management, SEO optimization).
- Knowledge of hosting platforms (e.g., SiteGround) and website performance optimization.
- Basic coding knowledge (HTML/CSS/JavaScript) is a plus.
2. Social Media & Content Creation
- Strong skills in designing and editing content using Canva (graphics, posts, reels, blogs).
- Experience with content scheduling tools (e.g., Buffer).
- Ability to develop and maintain a content calendar at least one month ahead.
- Understanding of platform-specific strategies for Instagram,
- SEO knowledge for blog posts and captions.

- Skilled in creating, designing, and tracking campaigns in Mailchimp.
- Experience with audience segmentation, scheduling, and analyzing campaign performance.
4. AI Tools
- Ability to leverage ChatGPT and similar AI platforms for copywriting, content ideation, automation, and workflow enhancement.
5. Lead & Project Support
- Familiarity with Trello for lead tracking and task management.
- Strong organizational skills for documenting lead communications and follow-up activities.
Analytical & Reporting Skills
- Ability to track, interpret, and present performance data for social media and Google campaigns.
- Competence in analyzing insights to recommend strategy adjustments.
