We are a Florida based garage door company (USA) looking for a reliable, organized, and sharp Virtual Executive Assistant to work remotely and support the owner directly.
The core focus of this role is dispatching. Managing technician schedules, assigning jobs, and ensuring smooth daily operations.

Main Responsibilities:
• Answering phone calls from customers
• Dispatching. Scheduling and assigning jobs to technicians throughout the day
• Managing the owner’s calendar and coordinating appointments
• Updating and tracking tasks in our CRM
• Communicating with HOAs and suppliers
• Managing Facebook and Instagram business pages
• Supporting outreach and lead generation
• Assisting the owner with daily operations and task management

Requirements:
• Excellent English. Confident and professional on phone calls
• Prior experience or understanding of dispatching is a strong advantage
• Highly organized, detail oriented, and able to multitask
• Proficient with CRM platforms and Google Calendar
• Familiar with Canva or social media tools is a plus
• Spanish speaking is a bonus but not required
• Must be available between 7 AM and 7 PM (your local time)
• Must work on a laptop or desktop computer only. Tablets or phones are not allowed
• Must be available to work weekends if needed
