AI & Automation Specialist (Full-Time, Remote) with starting rate: $9.50/hour – up to $2,500/month

We are now looking for a long-term, full-time tea ---------- mber with strong expertise in AI workflows, database integration, and automation to help us build the future of intelligent systems.

Your Responsibilities:

In this role, you will:
• Design & implement AI workflows connecting databases (MySQL, PostgreSQL, MS SQL, etc.) with AI systems (GPT, Claude, Gemini, etc.)
• Integrate AI solutions with frontends such as Voice Agents, Chatbots, Teams, and web interfaces
• Develop automated reports & analyses, writing results back into databases
• Conduct feasibility analyses: Evaluate if a client project is achievable with the available data, create a clear plan, and estimate time effort (e.g. 8, 20, or 50 hours) for profitability assessment
• Adapt to client-specific needs – every project is unique, and details matter
• Document all workflows & systems thoroughly, ensuring clarity and reproducibility even when working independently
• Deploy solutions primarily on our own server infrastructure (self-hosted) – external tools are used only when necessary
• Contribute long-term to building up a dedicated automation and AI team

Your Profile:

We are looking for someone who brings:
• Strong knowledge of SQL databases (and ideally NoSQL as well)
• Experience working with AI systems & API integrations (GPT, Claude, Gemini, etc.)
• Hands-on expertise in automation frameworks (e.g., n8n, ---------- , Relevance AI) – ideally with self-hosted setups
• Ability to design and maintain local server-based client solutions
• A structured, analytical approach to feasibility studies and clear ---------- estimations
• Excellent English communication skills (our internal company language)
• Independence, reliability, and a strong eye for detail – especially in documentation

Work Conditions:

• Full-time position (8–12 hours/day, flexible schedule)
• 100% remote with complete flexibility – but availability 5 days per week is required
• Starting rate: $9.50/hour – up to $2,500/month
