The Role
We are seeking a Growth & Marketing Strategist to drive customer acquisition and retention. This role focuses on turning marketing budgets into measurable growth through creative campaigns, funnel optimization, and data-driven decision-making.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and manage growth projections, KPIs, and conversion goals (sign-ups, demos, paid users).
Plan and allocate budgets across multiple digital channels for maximum ROI.
Design, launch, and optimize ad campaigns and creative variations.
Build and refine marketing funnels (landing pages, retargeting, nurture sequences).
Monitor churn and implement strategies to improve customer retention.
Lead weekly creative testing, scaling winners, and cutting underperformers.
Collaborate with sales and product teams to improve demo-to-close rates.
Identify non-paid growth accelerators (referrals, partnerships, ambassadors).
Provide clear weekly reports with insights and actionable next steps.
Requirements
2–4+ years of experience in growth marketing, digital ads, or SaaS/tech marketing.
Strong understanding of paid media, funnel design, and performance metrics (CAC, LTV, churn).
Analytical thinker with creative testing ability.
Self-motivated and collaborative in a fully remote environment.
Compensation & Work Setup
