Project Manager For Singapore Based Digital Marketing Agency

This is a trusted support role, not an admin-only position. The PM is expected to operate with initiative, awareness, and alignment with the Operations Director. They are a key part of ensuring projects run smoothly by owning smaller tasks and assisting with larger responsibilities when needed.


Key Responsibilities:

1. Coordinate website project tasks, internal follow-ups, and deadlines in ClickUp.
2. Perform high-level QA on website content to ensure quality and consistency. (Must have excellent command of English Language)
3. Be fully informed on all active projects, tools, and timelines
4. Manage the Video Production team and ensure all deadlines are met with exceptional quality
5. Take ownership of smaller project-related tasks independently
6. Be available to assist on larger tasks when needed
7. Proactively flag issues, delays, or questions to the Operations Director

Minimum Requirements:

- 2–3 years of agency or project coordination experience.
- 2 years experience managing video related projects (Youtube, Tiktok, or any video related projects)
- Exceptional attention to detail and excellent written English.
- Proven ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines calmly and effectively.
- Proficient with ClickUp, WordPress, Figma, Canva, and AI tools like ChatGPT.
