We pride ourselves on making finance simple, professional, and stress-free for our clients. Now, we’re looking for a skilled Mortgage Loan Processor / Broker Assistant to join our remote team.

What You’ll Do

Collect and check client documents (payslips, bank statements, IDs, tax returns).

Enter data and lodge applications via ApplyOnline / LMG.

Prepare lender forms and follow up on applications.

Ensure files meet compliance requirements.

Keep brokers updated and assist with settlement tasks.

What We’re Looking For

? Experience in Australian mortgage broking / processing (minimum 1 year).
? Familiar with ApplyOnline, LMG, or similar aggregator systems.
? Strong English communication (written + verbal).
? High attention to detail — accuracy is non-negotiable.
? Reliable internet + home office setup.
