Looking for a developer or coder

I am a ticket broker who does ticket arbitrage. My main goal is to find someone me find a system or a create a system where I can bypass Ticketmaster bot activity as I get a lot of purchases through ticketmaster. This comes to anti-detect, user agent, and proxies. If this is something you may be able to develop let me know.

Not sure about price here so I'll just put whatever amount.
