JOB OVERVIEW

Location: Remote | Type: Consulting / Project-Based | Reports to: CEO

We’re seeking a Recruiting Consultant for a short-term engagement (3–6 months) to audit, refine, and optimize our recruiting operations. The goal is to create scalable, efficient systems that drive better candidate pipelines, improve client alignment, and increase placement success.

Key Deliverables

Audit Current Process: Review end-to-end recruiting workflows (sourcing, submissions, follow-ups, client comms).
Optimize Systems: Standardize recruiter outreach, streamline submissions, and improve candidate tracking.
Performance Metrics: Implement reporting dashboards for recruiter ROI, placements, and hiring trends.
Playbooks & Training: Create recruiter guidelines, onboarding materials, and best-practice frameworks.
Strategic Recommendations: Provide a final report with clear next steps for scaling the function.

What You Bring

4+ years of US recruiting experience, with expertise in process improvement.
Strong understanding of metrics-driven recruiting and candidate pipelines.
Experience in Direct Hire, Staffing, or Talent Acquisition (please specify).
Proven ability to deliver clear systems, not just short-term wins.
