Remote English - Spanish Sales Representative

We’re seeking a bilingual (English-Spanish) Sales Representative to join our growing team. In this role, you’ll be the first point of contact for potential customers, guiding them through the puppy purchase process and helping them find their perfect match.

Your primary goal: convert leads into successful sales while ensuring a smooth, caring, and complaint-free customer experience.

This is a remote contract role with a base hourly pay plus commission for verified sales that remain complaint-free after 30 days of delivery.

What You’ll Do:

Engage with potential customers via phone, email, and social media
Provide accurate information about puppies, breeders, and the buying process
Support customers from inquiry to adoption, ensuring trust and satisfaction
Maintain detailed and accurate records of customer interactions in our CRM system
Collaborate with the team to meet sales goals while upholding customer care standards
What We’re Looking For

Bilingual fluency in English & Spanish (written and verbal)
Proven experience in sales, customer service, or a related field
Comfortable working remotely and managing time independently
Proficiency with CRM systems and sales tools
Strong interpersonal skills, with a customer-first mindset
Detail-oriented, organized, and self-motivated
Knowledge of pet care or the pet industry is a plus
Flexible availability between 9am–9pm ET to support customers across time zones
